Hi all. I'm trying to do a software update on my 2016 edge sync 2 myford touch. I follow all the instructions to the letter but when the sync starts reading the flash drive a message comes up immediately." some files have not been installed". its like the download has a problem within the files. This is from the uk site. fords answer is go to a dealer. Cant access the us site because of my address is not US. THE UK SITE ASKS FOR VIN NUMBER AND IDENTIFIES THE CORRECT MODEL.
Anybody else have a problem.
