Hello fellas - could someone recommend when is best to replace the engine/Air filter ? Not the one in the passengers seat - the one under the hood next to the engine.

Cuz i see in the owners manual of the car its a very big number - and im not sure to believe it or not.

The car is Ford Fusion SEL 2019 Hybrid
At 16k km i changed the oil and filter and the airflow filter inside but i did not changed as i wrote above the filter next to the engine.

Just follow the mfg recommended interval. Not difficult.

If you run a K&N it’s good to spray the MAF sensor with special MAF cleaner. The oil in the filters will dirty the sensor.
