How long lighter remains powered after locking the vehicle?

Hi,
Just got a new 2021 SEL AWD Edge, and something I can't find in the owner's manual is how long will the lighter connector remain powered after powering off the vehicle?
I put an USB charger in there, and noticed that even after locking, lights turned off and all accessories off it remains lit, it has a led that turns on when charging.
Does anyone know?

Also, I was hoping to find an option in the configuration that would allow me to specify how long I wanted to keep that connector powered, but I see no options for that.
