Hard shift Normal in S?

Hello, new to the site we have a 2020 ST. When my wife drives in S she reports hard shifts. At times it even clunks when it shifts. She contacted the dealership and was told that it is normal. Figured what better place than to come here to see if you guys have same issue.

Mine shifts harder in S mode, so I do think it may be normal. The clunking on the other hand has been reported before and I believe Ford has a TSB to correct it. Mine has only done it a few times when switching from reverse to drive so I’m not to worried about it.

Any idea what TSB it is?

I think its one of the following :
19-2288 or 19-2103
Maybe someone else can clear it up further
