Any ideas how to best fix this? Warping or popped out back bumper.

Hey guys,
I found my back bumper panel popped out or warping or something the other day. Check out the picture.
Any idea on how to do a quick fix on it? Just want some advice before I go ripping off my back bumper. 🙈

There are clips the mate with these slots on the fender (metal side) and by inspection it looks like the clip this was hanging on with, is broken - and there may be metal deformation or crushed crinkle area that the crash bar is bent - and so the bumper hangs loose from the impact - so there is space from the bumper crush panel (Styrofoam if it's there) and the bumper - so the clip would hold but you may need something to keep tension on the Bumper to reform the outline of the bumper to rest against it - that clip - so it doesn't rattle.
