A/C not working all of a sudden

The A/C just stopped working on my 2019 Ford Edge for some reason. There does not appear to be any leaks or anything. I cannot find the fuse panel, inside the cabin. Apparently it is supposed to be underneath, on the left side of the steering wheel. I pulled the long panel off only to see a cable harness.
