2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid SEL 2.0L Extreme Missfire after dead 12v battery.

Hello everyone, my fiances car recently had some 12v problems we think was related to a dead battery as it was the original ford battery in the trunk. This morning before replacing the battery I started it and it had a major missfire with the motor violently shaking. Now after replacing the battery its still missing very bad. Showing codes P0300, P0301, P0302. Any Ideas what could cause this?

Ignition coil and spark plugs. What cylinder is it saying in relation to code P0302?
