Hello all... This is my first Ford Edge and I'm still learning about care and maintenance. I installed a drain plug on the PTU and everything went fine EXCEPT now I can't seem to maneuver the heat shield back into place. I was able to remove it without loosening or removing any exhaust so I know it SHOULD go back in the way it came out. I have repeatedly tried but I can't seem to solve the puzzle. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated as I don't have much hair left to pull out.:LOL::ROFLMAO: Has anyone else had this issue?
