2013 Ford Focus titanium dashboard has no indications

My car wouldn't start and so I had to get a jump which now it runs and starts. However, my touchscreen, rpm, speed, gas, temp indications do not work or even light up. I tried replacing the fuse and that didn't work. Are there any other things I could try?
