Just bought a 2019 2L EcoBoost. and changed the oil using Mobil 1 Full synthetic, (The best IMHO). My wife has a 2017 Mustang and taking a leaf out of the Mustang crowd, I use a Motorcraft 400S Filter which gives you an even 6 qts of oil. What do you think?
